We are join venture Australian company based in Sidoarjo involved in the manufacture of kitchen Equipment, looking for high quality person to fill position as :

SALES STAFF

Requirments :

• Minimum education Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university
• Having more than 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position within team focused environment
• Able to work with and contribute to the management team
• A good communicator
• Able in written and verbal English
• Positive in work attitudes, passionate, show initiative, strong desire for results, able to work under pressure to catch the target

Job Role and responsibilities :

• Drive new business growth across all facets of the business in line with the sales targets/budgets set by Company
• Prepare sales plans and reports
• Conduct customer presentations and details sales/project proposals
• Manage existing customer and Focus on quality driven customers
• Liaise with Operations Manager
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns
• Recommends changes in products and service by evaluating results and competitive developments from out in the field
