Facilities Superintendent (Dumai - Riau Based)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides team leadership by ensuring cohesiveness at the unit and with the client
• Oversees expenditures to control unit financials
• Directs daily property maintenance, housekeeping, safety and custodial service operations in order to provide quality services
• Maintains and implements sanitary and safety conditions and training to adhere to auditing procedures and statutory regulations
• Accountable for the execution of product and service quality by maintaining highest level of delivery
• Promotes and supports workplace diversity initiatives

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma/Professional Certificate in Property Management or Facilities Management.
• Minimum 5 years or more related working experience in Maintenance & Facilities in a similar environment and 2 years in managerial position.
• Experience and knowledge in Building Maintenance System.
• Well versed with relevant government bodies and the respective acts and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (words, excel, power point, outlook)
• Able to attend to emergency request when necessary and to work on extra hours.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Applicants must be willing to work in Dumai
